Beware of using Hallmark. Our job was completed in June 2020. They are very quick to attend and carry out work on your roof. They are also very fast to charge you and to get their money. However if you need them to return and repair a problem that occurs after, you my never hear anything from them again. Our roof is leaking again or the gutter is blocked causing rain to enter our house above a window frame. Naturally this is causing damage to our home. Included in the job we had done they stated that leaks were repaired, ridge tiles re-bedded, gutters cleaned, new valley repaired, roof repointed and flexi pointing. Also we were told that our gutters would be cleaned for the following 3 years. Also included is a 15 year guarantee. After over 10 days, 3 phone calls and one email we have not even received an acknowledgment from Hallmark. You can’t call into their office as their address is a block of flats in Nelson Street, Ringwood. We have recently had the roof reviewed independantly. In summary the work carried out was shoddy, an understatement.
