I visited the Rockingham store today (22 June 2026) to buy some candles for my wife and had no idea where to start. The young lady who assisted me provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and she made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. It's rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful and dedicated to great customer service.
