DO NOT send your dogs here. Our 11 month old staffy x and 13 month old heeler both have KENNEL COUGH. Our dogs went there 11 days ago happy and healthy. Our staffy is so damm skinny he has lost so much weight that I can fit my fist in his collar now. They only fed them once a day. Our dogs are super active and they did not provide enough food. When we called they told us that they had noticed that our staffy had lost weight and he was meant to go on dinners but it didn't happen. We picked them up and they are so sick. They present so larthagic thay they just flop. The vet today said that the staffy is on the end of kennel cough that means he had it whilst in their care which they deny. Our heeler had to have an anti inflammatory injection and they are both on antibiotics. I am so upset Our dogs are so sick. There is clearly NO duty of care. Please do not send your dogs here
