Geelong Rubber Stamps advertises a 20% discount on purchases over $25. On inquiry he informs us that he has not done that for about 10 years, and when presented with a printout of his website was rude about the discount. The place is dirty, with dust everywhere and he was dressed like a slob. Would not reccommend to anyone.
