For several weeks I have experienced such rude treatment from one of your employees that I refuse to tolerate it any longer. Each time I try to make a transaction through Erina Fair Post office, he acts as though I were an annoyance. In one instance, he said I have already told you this what part don't you understand. On Tuesday the 4th of September around 11.30am I visited the Erina Fair Post Office requesting a stamped envelope and the employees to sign and verify a copy of my drivers license. This document could be signed by a permanent employee of Australia Post with two or more years experience or Agent of Australia Post who is in charge of an office supplying postal services. The agent said we do not have a JP and go to Blooms Chemist. I began to say it can be signed by a permanent employee of Australia Post with two or more years experience he very rudely said I am not a permanent employee of Australia post and I told you to go to Blooms Chemist. He was very rude and this is not the first time this has happened. I went in on another occasion looking for Australia mint coins and he was once again rude saying we do not sell them and I do not know were you can get them. Look on the brochure yourself. This Male employee has a very rude and unhelpful tone and manner. He should not be in a position that helps or serves the public. He needs customer service training and needs skills in helping customers. This incident has upset me and makes me very frighten to visit the store again. I have worked in customer service for 20 years and if I was to speak to one of my customers likes this I would be dismissed immediately. I do not know this person name only that he is Male, Middle aged and wears glasses.
