Today at 11am I called in at East Bunbury 7/11 to fill up my tank. I used pump 3. All was well until my hose clicked off at $45.00. As I knew it wasn’t full I tried to squeeze the trigger to fill it more only to find no fuel was coming out yet the price was registering. When I got to $48 I gave up paying for air and hung up the hose. I have been driving for 50 years and nothing like this has happened to me before. Thinking maybe the tank was empty I went inside to tell the service manager. All I got was “I can give you a phone number to call” seriously??? Do better. I don’t know about others but when I pay for fuel I want what I paid for. As I couldn’t prove I didn’t get the quantity that was recorded and paid for air. Interesting to see if others have had this problem and is it a scam because my complaint certainly wasn’t taken seriously. Last time I give this company my business!
