Review about Chituma Electric Bicycles, Seaford
Firstly, communication with this company is beyond slack. Secondly, when trying to rectify an issue with a scooter damaged in transit, I was yelled at over the phone and spoken to by the rudest man on earth. How do you stay in business when you treat your customers this way? Buy your scooters elsewhere if possible. This behaviour shouldn't be rewarded with business.

rude ? if raising voice in an attempt to talk over your screaming and trying to explain that a new part would be sent that needed to screws to undo and replace is rude then I was rude .You forgot to tell people that the tyres we flat (nessecary for transport by air ) and that you expected us to fly to Sydney to pump them up for you and cracked it when we tried to explain it to you
