My parcel arrived to FED Nth Geelong on 29th August they kept it in there warehouse till the 10th september making no attempt to deliver to my house. i called them every single day and finally i found out that it was sitting there for 12 days, i had to go to the warehouse in Nth Geelong and pick it up myself. It was a very important medical parcel that was required for my child and there excuse was the driver put it in the wrong place. Appalling behaviour terrible customer service. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
