Terrible customer service, in fact no service! I lost $140!!! Can't give 0 stars... I have to give 1... I took my lawn mower to George for repairs at 8 Cullford Ave, Klemzig. He asked for $140 on 27/6/20 to repair and order parts. I called him a week or so later and he said he couldn't repair the mower and would give me another one. I went to pick one up from him but the one he wanted to give me wouldn't start. George said he would give me another mower that he had but it needed a new fuel tank and he would order it. He said he would get back to me when it was fixed. I messaged him on 21/7/20 and he said he hadn't got the part yet. I messaged him on 16/8/20 and he said he hadn't got the part yet. I messaged him on 4/9/20 but he didn't reply. I messaged him on 21/9/20 and he replied saying he can't give me a mower or my money back because his business was suffering because of COVID-19. I asked for $100 on 23/9/20 and he agreed. I messaged him again on 6/10/20 saying if he didn't pay me I would have to lodge a complaint against him. He didn't want to pay. This was a painful experience as a customer. I don't think he is fit to run a business if he can't provide a simple compromised refund and doesn't reply or keep in contact with his customers. I would have bought a new mower months ago if he just communicated properly. I had to whipper snip my lawn several times between June and October! Ridiculous! don't see him.
