The worst decision we ever made by going with this company. They took on a work for a residential property back in Aug 22 and we still waiting for the job still to be be finalised. It's now March 2023. Put in a bracket on the driveway saying there was no option but to do it after it was done. We were not even advised of it before putting it in. Its the biggest hazard still waiting to be resolved. If someone knocks over they can seriously get hurt. Everyday we are scared when people enter our property. We paid extra to get automatic gates but now it doesn't even aligned together. If there's heavy wind the gate wouldn't close. We were promised a locked side gate but instead got a lock that anyone from other side can open anytime. Where's the security in that. Our land is slanted so we were advised that there will be gaps but don't worry we have been in the business for so long that to trust them they will do a neat job . We were promised sensors for the gate and we still waiting on it.We are beyond frustrated and now looking to take this further. This business was referred to us by another business just because they were too busy to take the job. We are nothing but completely disappointed by the whole experience. Hope that no other customer go through what we going through now. Please have a hard think before making a decision of going with them. We have been given nothing but excuses week in and out. Hope we get the job done to what we wanted soon. Also messaged the other partners on invoice but no reply or help when we cried out to them as well. Sam and Jaz Plumpton 0
