I had Ian replace a top end for me recently. All new OEM parts or better were supplied. The following issues after pick up were, crank locking bolt half installed without thick washer on it to stop contact with crank, the oil line was incorrectly installed and was sitting hard on the cylinder as well as the banjo and oil jet around the way, all rocker cover bolts were finger tight with no copper washers on some, water pump seals leaking, cam cover leaking, radiators were not full , cool system not bled, ignition cover leaking because they lost the new gasket supplied, and now another persistent issue of a weeping head gasket. I had also asked ian to keep everything from on and in the bike. He lost my radiator hoses and cam chain. Of the 600 "cash" ian ultimately charged me for the 4-500 quoted job, he refunded $250. He did offer to fix the bike or take the refund. After seeing his appalling work it was no brainer to take the money and run. Based on my personal experience I would not recommend QPM for anything to anyone. Do yourself a favour and trust your gut instinct when you see his workshop. A shambles would be compliment.
