If i could give ZERO stars i would!, if you want to buy cheap tools then purchase online, as you will definitely get better customer service and support then venturing back to the store when something eventually goes wrong with your purchase, which wont be too long after you walked out with it. I purchased a tool got home to find it defective, and when i went back to get the part replaced they accused me of damaging it, when i hadn't even started it! and expected me to buy the part myself!. I said its a new unit and its got a years warranty, their response, was "who told you it was new, it wouldn't be us, only the motor is warranted". well i assumed a new unit with new paint a new motor with fresh oil and stickers was new. but i didn't see it come out of the box so it obviously I'm an idiot. Give me a break! i kicked up a fuss and after a few customers walked in they said well we will give you the part at half price then, "we loose you loose". NO hopefully you loose as this place is a Junk Heap! and judging by some of the past posts, why would you bother going there, i know i wont be stepping foot near the place again!
