absolutely ignorant of quality problems, the product with spray painted finish was the worst product ever. We have used them 8 years ago and the finish on one wall was cleaned with too much pressure and had to be painted. now the rest of the bricks are fading. Boral doesn't want to know. they informed me the factory that made them is closed because of problems with this rubbish brick.
