My husband and I were quite impressed with the high level of service we received on our visit to The North Rocks Shopping Centre store. First the young lady who welcomed us and took the initial eye test. (Name not observed) Then the Optometrist, Sylvia Li, who we found to be diligent, thoughtful and thorough in her guiding my husband through more detailed testing equipment, and with clarity thoroughly checked his eyes to determine the updated prescription required. And finally Ben helped choose new frames, calculated the positioning and form for my husband’s face, and assisted in finalizing the purchase. We thank you for the friendly “feel” we received from the three staff and their close attention to our needs. We also loved all the modern IT equipment and certainly appreciated the service.
