I originally contacted them by email, very responsive and straight forward. On the day of the booking they arrived on time, very friendly and easy-going. We booked a carpet cleaning for the hallways/staircase for our 3-floor townhouse. Carpet looked good, the guys did a great job and will definitely book them again.
