Whatever you do don't buy from or use these guys! AVFX has systematically ripped me off!! The Proprietor, B**** R******, has just lied to me from the outset and treated me like some kind of fool. I have been waiting almost 3 months for my purchased Amplifier which he promised delivered within 1 week! He continues to block my calls and refuses to answer messages I leave. He also refuses to answer any emails. When I DID speak to him initially, he just told me story after story which were just lies. Four times he has told me that the amplifier had been shipped off that afternoon just to placate me but, 3 months later the amplifier hasn't arrived and he hasn't even sent a Freight advice or invoice but, he did take my money! Bruno has never even tried to remedy the situation. He has refused to return my money. I have had to resort to doing this to try and remedy the situation the best way I can. He may be going broke and is desperate for money I don't know but, be warned. He has proven to be a lying thief. Truthfully, Vaughan Famularo Qld
