I recently returned to the OMF Heatherbrae store and was warmly greeted by the same fantastic store worker that served me only months prior to my return. kristy's customer service truley is outstanding. she is so helpful, knowledgeable and really polite which can be quiet hard to find in the customer service/retail industry we see all to often nowadays. Having dealt with this team member previously in-store, i have to say it was truley refreshing to walk in and see Kristy's smilling face greet me upon return.Thankyou to Kristy for your friendly service. You are fantastic and definitely worth more then 5 stars in my opinion.
