My experience with this company was terrible. In my opinion they are building way too many granny flats than they can handle. We had constant battles and arguments with the office staff and site manager. Never given a straight answer and we felt he had a personal issue with us at times. The end product was OK but it wasn't what the salesman promised. They build to code and nothing more, I mean nothing. If you don't take on board my review, at least get legal advice when you sign your contract. In our experience, we had to revert to the thing every 2nd day. It's there favourite "go to" line when there is an issue. It's the most one sided contract I have ever seen and I found out the hard way.
