The older lady is very rude and impatient. I was looking at stock and she snaps at me when I check to see if they have the colour I need. I then was joking with my friend and I hovered a hat above my head but it never touched and she continued to throw the hat away, scold me and my friend and insult my hair asking if it was oily but it’s just healthy hair. I’ve bought thousands of dollars worth of their stuff and it’s absolutely ridiculous they treat people that way.
