I want to record my appreciation for the excellent assistance I received from Bill Guthrie. My Fairmont Ghia was in for regular service on Tuesday 30th April when a number of necessary repairs were found totalling $2412. Fortunately an Allianz Warranty Policy was arranged at time of purchase and when I advised Bill he immediately rang the company and then emailed photos of the relevant repairs to them. Yesterday[Thursday] he received approval for the whole amount and the car is now booked in repairs on the 20th of May. Please pass on my thanks to Bill for the very efficient and courteous manner in which he handled this matter. Rupert.
