Item substitution and no response. Don' t know about shopping in-store but beware shopping online. I ordered over $120 worth of stuff and it arrived within a week, so not bad. However the main item worth nearly $60 was substituted for something else similar but not the same with no consultation what soever. I've tried to email them for 3 days to return item but no response other than auto generated. No phone number either. I'm not happy and will never shop there again.
