After seeing Joseph twice, he encouraged me to email him if i needed further clarification. I did that and he replied saying that he did not have the time or inclination to help me. I thanked him for his services nonetheless and advised him to stop offering this 'extra' service if he could not honour it. He replied yet again saying "Youre good at taking I think. This explains a lot about your issues". Needless to say i was disappointed and upset.
