Been a satisfied customer with OPSM for many years and always had both prescription and non prescription glasses cleaned and adjusted and screws and other minor parts replaced for free. Have always done this at any OPSM store without a problem any charge .Yesterday I was charged for this at Winston Hills store . I made a comment and was told ‘ next time I won’t be charged !’ There won’t be a next time or certainly not at this store ! Very disappointing .
