I am a university student and went to get my laptop battery replaced. I had already purchased the battery and all that was required was removing the screws and inserting it in. The customer service i received was shocking. The female staff member looked at my friend and I like were criminals. The elderly gentleman was better but asked $30 for the job which i thought was pricey but i considered it. However because of the poor customer service where we were treated rudely and felt uncomfortabel, I exited the place asap. I got a screw set for about $5 from a franchise shop and replaced it myself by wathing youtube. This is why small businesses suffer. Would not recommend this place at all. Please consider other options first.
