Hearing nurses and patients openly discuss their bowel motions while eating lunch showed me what these people are. No goddam respect. Hearing nurses complain about genuine patients concerns, in FRONT OF PATIENTS is wow guys. Your cleaners are slack as leaving lavatories in wards diareah stained. Seriously, the lack of manners and decorum in a hospital in 2024 acquiring staff from New Zealand tells me you can't be bothered to sponsor your own community. Because the conditions are Mash 1965!
