I cant believe this company is doing business in this way in Australia! Don not sign with them. I have not had any new customers in 6 months. That's because their web site was full of mistakes, poorly chosen photo's that did not relate to what I do, and even after I asked them not to use them, it took months of constant emailing and a face to face meeting to get through to them - yet still they published the google my business with the very photo's I asked them not to use. One of my customers thought I was creating the web site myself as she described it as amateurish and thought I had gone off on some tangent, and different direction to the usual professional services I had provided her over the years! Their contract is written in such a way that they have all the power. It's just not right the way they are conducting themselves, and businesses like mine, and another one of my clients who had the misfortune to use them, are losing money. The ACCC and consumer affairs need to investigate them. Their so called guarantee of visits to my site is questionable because my friends who run similar businesses are getting up to 40% of their clicks from mobile phones, I got 141 clicks last month and 3 from mobiles - one was my mobile, one was one of my clients and one was the sales manager I met with who wanted to argue that they had done everything I had asked, when I have yet to see something I asked for back in October appear on my site - it's a simple thing really. Poor poor service - I feel ripped off!
