Had a electrical switch for my kitchen wall installed , the owner was very friendly I found the job expensive for length of time to install it .im trying to receive.the certificate of currency of installing it has been frustrating numerous .messages and a phone call two.week later still haven't received it..I Understand the electriction has 30.days to forwould the certificate on. After been told it has been submitted the ATO of which they have told me it has not been submitted. Another phone message to the company manager and no reply . Paul I will follow this up in two weeks for a review and follow up I'll wait till the 30 have finished, better communication skills are required to improver better customer service.
