Review about Prindiville Car Sales, Wangara
3 years ago
Buyer beware. I can not stress enough. Do your own research first. These guys had me pay $4,000 over the red book price on a vehicle that died less than three months later. It cost me a further $11,000 to have the vehicle towed and fixed. I later found under the current WA 1973 Motor Vehicle Act, at least in my case. That it is the Dealer who was in fact protected from the sale of faulty goods and the onus is on the purchaser to safeguard themselves against potentially buying a vehicle deemed to be unroadworthy. Prindiville Car Sales staff laughed at me and sent me on my way to take it up with the ACCC mate. It took me a further twelve months and a number of court appearances to seek justice and recompense for a sale that was identified by the Magistrate as not fit for purpose under Australian state consumer protection laws. The whole post-sales experience was nothing short of disgusting. As a customer, the overall impression you are left with from Prindiville Car Sales, is that once they have your money, you are worth nothing to them.
