My wife got a hair cut here last week. No wash, no colour, just a simple hair cut. Her hair was not long. FOR THAT SHE WAS CHARGED $115 !!!. Most hair dressers charge around $35 for the same work. We are both pensioners and can ill afford this kind of expense. My wife is 66 years old, of small stature (dwarfism), is disabled and in a wheelchair. It is plain that the staff at Nivarna saw her as an easy mark, and decided to rip her off. Obviously she won't be back, and neither will her friends or members of her disability organisation.
