Customer service sucked. Not happy with first service with them. They said they put antifreeze in the radiator that has so called been replaced. Instead they added water instead. Ignition was still on when I got in. Bonnet was not put on properly and lifted when I was travelling on the highway. Bonnet cable was not tucked away and was exposed. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked for brakes and rotars to be done. Told us to come before 8am so they could check it to find out the size the rotars were and the brake pads. Waited half a day for them to get back to us about them. We rang them to find out what was going on. Gave us a ridiculous price of $700+ to install front rotars and pads on my jeep. So we cancelled the job and I bought the kit for $166.95 online with free postage. On the way home noticed the alignment was pulling heavily to the left. Took it to Bob Jane and got it fixed for $55. Noticed that there was a noise coming from the left front side . Went to my neighbors house as he is a mechanic spoke to him about it and he had a look . Told me that one of the brake caliper clips that holds the brake pad in place is missing. So not happy. Never taking it back to them again. I will let all my community, friends and family know to never take their cars to Gungahlin Kmart. Its just not worth all the hassle and money. I have had to spend so far $75 to fix the issues and I have to spend another $40 to get the correct coolant because the lazy mungrels put water in instead.
