Absolute disgusting service. Booked and paid they weren’t happy with the packaging, repacked and then made to pay again prior to refunding the first payment. Paid for a tail lift in a residential area. Truck too big to even turn in the street turns up with NO tail lift. Call them get told they’ll sort it. 5 1/2 hours later and three emails. No response. Phone them no idea and can’t understand why I’m frustrated. Take your money then blatantly ignore you. Worst service in the country….!!!!!!!!!!! So after reviewing the photos of the freight agreeing to the collection. Taking my money they have now cancelled the order with my money in their bank!!
