SCAM SCAM SCAM - BEWARE! I must say this is the most disappointing experience for a doctor I have every received. My wife believes I was scammed and I'm feeling the website is a scam too. First appointment was cancelled with no reason given. Second appointment was very late and was it even a doctor? Requested a phone call to get antibiotics due to yellow/green phlegm. Received a video call, which I had no idea on how to receive, and when I did accept it, it was an old bloke laying on a lounge talking about how he likes my t-shirt (what the?) I changed the conversation and said I needed antibiotics for the yellow/green phlegm (even though this was in the appointment request anyway), and he said that he will send the script to my email. Very short call, never asked any questions, billed $75 while making the booking without any service provided. As I never received a script to my email, not even to spam, I had to call another telehealth (Northern Afterhours) who were on time, asked questions, and emailed a script with QR code immediately. Can't get through on the phone. I've sent follow-up emails and they are totally ignoring me.
