wondering why these guys are cheaper than some other companies? i thought Hunters Express was bad, it turns out these guys contract them so you get double the incompetence for your money. i'm so glad to have the opportunity to expose these crooks. They've cost me over $6000 in damaged freight, granted i was dumb enough to keep using them because i kept getting the "this wont happen again" spiel from them. They hide behind their terms and conditions of not being liable for damages, yet they bang on about quality. They charged me $80 extra per consignment to have the items placed on a pallet and wrapped. this hardly happened as when the items arrived damaged, the customers claimed they were loose on the truck. So they charge for stuff they don't do, then they charge you for the return freight on the goods they damaged that the customer refused delivery of. does that make sense? They're good at apologising, and also good at blaming the contractors, but that's all you get. You're out of pocket, your feedback is damaged and your customers are irate and you get an apology, that's all. It's as though they couldn't care less about the condition of your freight because hey, their terms and conditions say that they're not liable so tough luck. Oops, i dropped this expensive item, oh well, we're not liable because our terms say so, sorry. this is their exact attitude. I'm still waiting for a returned item they've damaged, it's been over 2 months and it's coming from Queensland to Sydney. i can literally walk there and back in 2 months. Please take heed, and don't use these guys. pay a little extra and use a reputable company. This is the kind of cheap where you're being sold a fake iphone. yeah it does the job very minimally but you get what you pay for. grief.
