They are not real and a scam. I was in a car accident by one of the drivers and I have been trying to contact the insurance company since 20/10/23. I was not at fault. I was injured and my car is damaged. I have attempted to call and left multiple messages. The number on the website does not work. I have emailed the company many times and not heard anything back. I have even tried their fake messenger. Contact number, email and messenger on website DO NOT WORK. I found a contact number and they refuse to help me and only speak through WhatsApp. They say email the insurance and they will get back in 1-2 business days. I have asked to speak with the manager and they ignore my messages and calls. Even the driver does not respond to me. They refuse to provide me with details on their insurance policies. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. As of 20/11/23, no one has responded to me and now the website does not work. Both driver and company are ignoring me.
