After visiting a ‘not so good’ physio the day before, Viktoria helped explain the reasons for my lower back pain, gave me immediate massage relief, instructed some specific exercises for my situation (picking up a heavy baby properly) and was very professional in her approach. Will be booking her and Your Body studio again for more physio needs!
