Hi I purchased a tin of Saunders malt extract back in 2010. The use by date is February 11, 2011. Anyway I still have the tin of extract although it is nearly empty and it still tastes as perfect as the day I purchased it. I keep it in my fridge. My mother used to always keep some for my siblings and I, we all grew up eating it straight from a spoon. Now my grandchildren enjoy it as a treat too. I have had it so long because it sits in the back of the fridge and I keep forgetting that it is there. I wanted to thank you for your wonderful malt barley extract. Regards Carole Kisler
