nothing but problems from day one. Firstly, had someone out to give quote for replacing old gates at front of house, received a quote to replace the boundary fence, everything except the part of the fence we wanted to done. The day came to have it fitted just after we settled on the property and the staff told us they forgot about our job and wouldn't be there. Finally, another attempt at getting the job started and the measurements were wrong so the frame had to be repaired. Another attempt to get the job done and it rained. Finally the job was completed that weekend. No apology from the staff. Staff tried to blame us for the mistake saying we booked it with the wrong staff member (the staff we spoke to on the phone happily booked it all in finalizing the details and hundreds of dollars put down for deposit). We requested a reduced price for the work done which was refused and the staff accused us of changing the terms and conditions. We were sent an email demanding payment within certain time frame which was against the terms and conditions agreed to as we still had time to make payment. To top it off the latch on the gate doesn't even line up anymore. Avoid this company, they will not admit any fault, they accuse us of changing the terms and conditions then change the terms and conditions themselves.
