Nice experience in the store last week. We originally went looking for a new large screen TV for our extension and to match up with our recently purchased Bose surround sound system. A demonstration on the Sony KD65X9005 not only met out requirements for picture quality but far superseded our requirements for the surround sound. Needless to say we have now looked to cancel our existing order for the Bose system elsewhere. The TV had to be setup but we were kept informed by each of the staff members we spoke to in the store. We took delivery last Tuesday and after fantastic demonstration we are more than happy with everything.
