Edisons sell okay products at okay prices. All is good as long as my purchases continue to work. As soon as I get a problem the wheels fall off. Customer service is non-existant. It appears they empoly an AI chat bot to handle responses to customer emails. I kept going around in circles, getting the same canned replies in rotation. Requests to deal with someone else didn't get me anywhere.
