I’m very happy with my cruiser, at the end of the day it wasn’t totally smooth, there was a few bumps along the way. We had to go through 4 or 5 auctions, which took around two and a half weeks. It took longer on transport than I thought it would put that down to covid I suppose. It needed windscreen wipers and a blinker relay for rego which wasn’t on the report but we expected something. was not a big issue though. Apart from that I can’t fault the wagon it’s as good as I hoped it was, which was a relief as I’ve never let someone else buy me a car before. Even though there was a few little things that didn’t happen perfectly they did everything they could Kept me informed and even picked me and the wife up from the airport when it was time for us to pick the car up. Shannon was great to deal with and I think it’s Matt that I spoke to first, he did everything he could to find us the right car made sure we were ok with the process before he took my money so I didn’t feel pushed or rushed. If I bought one privately I was prepared to go to $78,000 i ended up paying $70,460 delivered to Brisbane just had to register it which They did for me so we could just drive it home. My wife and I nearly didn’t go through with it because we read some reviews that weren’t great and some that were and have never done anything like this before, but we are glad we did.
