I was fortunate to be attended to by Rod on two separate occasions at the Strathpine store. Both times he was able to not only realize what I was trying to do , but was able to advise me the best way to go about it and provide me with the right hardware and instructions . Whilst doing this he was very friendly and on the second occasion , remembered who I was, what our business was and the problems i was encountering . A great experience and a perfect customer interaction and I am in retail. Exactly how I try to educate our staff to operate. Top job!! Bill Acton.
