Absolutely terrible company, run by self centred people who care for nothing other than themselves and their entitled children who have been handed jobs without earning anything or really doing any work at all, instead they spend their entire day in their phone waiting for everyone else to do everything. You work your employees to the bone every day, rarely show any thanks and verbally beat them down for being tired/having an off day, then you have the audacity to refuse their annual leave to attend their brothers wedding…simply because it’s your ‘peak time’. No wonder you have such a high staff turn over, and you will continue to need to hire new staff every few months until you rectify your horrible treatment of employees, the same people you call ‘family’.
