Greg showed up when he said he would and didn't leave until the faulty fridge was fixed. He gave us lots of good advice regarding usage and maintenance which if we follow it, will save us money in the future. He was focused on the repair and not just dropping in, getting out, and gimme your money scenario like some others we have used. An excellent tradesman and proponent of customer service/satisfaction. We couldn't fault him.
