Lower back and hip pain. I have suffered with a herniated disc for many years and over the past year I have noticed progressive pain in lower back and hip area, mainly due to age. I have had Teeter for 2 weeks using beginners level not full inversion. Already I have noticed relief in my back, still got a slight pain in my hips but remain optimistic after a short period of use. Working towards full inversion when I hope to achieve pain free healing.
