Terrible company with poor quality products. Turns out their expensive overpriced ZOHL scissors are extremely poor quality. Frankly, I feel I've been totally conned. My ZOHL nail scissors that German Manicure Sets extensively claim will last a life-time lasted about 9 months with moderate use and despite being very well looked after. Even cheap made in China nail scissor last more than 5 years! Despite extensively bragging that their ZOHL scissors are premium quality, made in Germany, that will last a life-time, the company went out of their way to deny a completely valid faulty product claim. Instead of doing the right thing, they claimed their premium German made products are only covered by a "30 DAY satisfaction guarantee". The contradiction between claiming your product will last a lifetime and then hiding behind 30 days is deceptive and alarming. It speaks volumes about the true quality of the ZOHL brand. It also gives you a good idea of the ethical and accountability standards of German Manicure Sets. Frankly, it's appalling, unacceptable and shameful. Do yourself a favour and avoid this brand and the company German Manicure Sets.
