My case number is 45-80614 on their feedback form. I ordered and paid 24 hours beforehand. I was blamed for not ringing and checking my order will be on time. Was blamed my order was large. Manager also blamed their system only notifies them 10 minutes before an online order is due. They said my order would take another hour but after I said I wanted to speak to the head manager about this it took only 20 minutes to complete my order. They also complained they had trouble with their chickens that day. As a first time customer their email response lacked sincerity and integrity and blamed everyone else including me for the issue. Very poor operational system & directing blame to the customer & their operational system. Its now been 2 weeks since they said a manager would contact me over this review.... No Contact yet... This store is not reliable when it comes to catering for large numbers...Would not trust them again... Be aware
