Caveat emptor (buyer beware)! If you manage to order the part you want, pay the fast delivery fee and leave clear contact instructions with the call-centre staff both verbally and in writing, you'd expect a modicum of interest from the staff at Clutch Direct when your package goes missing for nearly a fortnight..... but you might find yourself disappointed in that regard. Likewise, when the part doesn't fit the car, you might hope they'd be willing to give the mechanic a call to sort the problem out. Turns out they will.... after letting you know they "can't imagine why you can't just do it yourself" despite your not having the information available to you. What you wouldn't expect is that if the part doesn't fit and you have to return it, they charge you a $200.00 re-boxing fee to put it in a new box and place it back on the shelf. Nor might you expect that the reason given for a re-boxing being so expensive is "because that's what my manager has decided". If, on the other hand, you enjoy being patronised, condescended to, talked over, dismissed and have every call returned to the wrong number as they consistently did with me, this is definitely a service that will meet your particular needs.
