Review about Ron Elliott Guardian Pharmacy, Newcastle West

The Continuing story of the Ron Elliott Saga. I called in to have a POLITE conversation with Ron Elliott who I always found polite as all I wanted was an apology ,that is all I requested and suddenly he behaved the same as his blonde wife and had a brain snap yelling at me, (called verbal Assault I believe) even yelled for me to piss off naturally I yelled back at him in reply,so here am I, a 71 years old pensioner now being abused by him. This is so petty of refusing to apologise for the False accusations and Abusing my wife and myself over the phone. Fortunately I have witnesses in my household as well as my next door neighbour who all heard her cantankerous attitude towards me at the front door. I am now waiting to get legal advice as well as thinking of approaching Current affair etc as they have brought this upon themselves. It is a pity they Both appear to be very obstinate over a simple apology. There is a saying "The customer is always right" and this one is 100% right. Ron,there was NO need to go off like you did it was Totally uncalled for.

Deplorable! I was falsely accused of signing for someone elsés script, My wife rang to inform them they had given me the wrong medicine of which straight away they stated it was my fault as I signed for it under that persons name (??) The female who served me said it was free today of which I asked how come and she said I had got points to get it free. I was dumbfounded. Anyway she did NOT ask me to sign anything & asked if I wanted a bag to carry it in of which I agreed to. She was an attractive polite person I will say, and when I got home and opened the medication up I was astounded to find it was for a different person with the same surname. When one the staff with blonde hair called down to PU the medicine she blatanly informed me that I signed for it, we disagreed and she stuck to her guns that I did- as she saw the signature and stormed off in a big huff. I have been made out to be the scapegoat so I will see my solictor tomorrow demanding a face to face apology they will realise that they are totally incorrect on their accusation. It doesn't even make sense to sign it -does it?.They appear to be lacking CommonSense methinks. They are so quick to blame a regular customer.shame,shame.shame.

I gather the Original Person signed it earlier.all they had to do was check his previous signatures. Apology is required without a doubt!.
