Very poor customer service from a Chinese lady. Never greet, never smile, and she is very rude all the times. I go to the Quinns Rocks Post office almost 3 to 4 times a week. The reason I go to this post office is because it is quite small and they do not offer much facilities and services. I do not need to line up a long time and it is closer to where I work. Other staffs are friendly, except this girl (who wears glasses, with bangs) who is always in bad mood all the time. Very bad experience whenever I need to get her to help on my postage. Duh!
