In 2021 payed legal fee for services to terminate my timeshare. I discussed my issues with their representatives, completed necessary information and provided documents. I was told it would take about 8 months to process. The last update was an email l received in August 2022 from the company informing me that someone would ring me. No one has contacted me and their phone number does not go through. l am wondering if this is a legitimate company or a fraud.
